Simply Sunday’s Food Blog is the author of our 21st recipe and the recipe of the day: Rosemary & Parmesan Chicken! This recipe combines a lightly breaded chicken with a homemade cream sauce, for a flavorful dinner entree that your entire family will adore.
I haven’t fried very much chicken, (even though I am from Alabama…) and this was much easier than I was expecting! The frying process allows you to get a golden brown color on your chicken before putting it in the oven to fully cook.
I served this chicken and sauce over angel hair pasta for my husband, and as a standalone entree for myself. As a side, I served asparagus and a light green salad with lots of tomatoes.
